When you pay by bank wire, it's not clear that the credit card information is not for "payment" (this is what it says on the page) but rather only to lock in the price until the bank wire is complete.

My main concern is it appears ITM contracts out the sales which can heighten the possibility of receiving counterfeit gold/silver, which in today's market is a growing concern. I looked into the Sigma Analyitics device you mentioned on a previous video, but the base model at $950 (which I purcahsed) was not reliable. It stated a 2016 American quarter was pure gold and a 2022 Gold Britannia I had with all the security check marks was counterfeit. Both of these were false readings so I can't trust it. I contacted the dealer and they said that does happen, but not in the pro model which cost me an additional $950. I think spending $1800 to verify what a dealer sends me is way too high. Other dealers I've used such as CMIGS.COM and Universal Coin and Silver both verify the authenticity of precious metal coins prior to shipping. I know it's a more expensive business model, yet their prices are on par of cheaper than ITM. Don't get me wrong, ITM does a first class job of conveying information, trends, preparedness, etc., but this is one area for potential improvement. You might also do a spot on identifying counterfeit precious metal and the different techniques and costs. For example the Ping test involves a free download app, a wooden pencil and a tap. This along is not definitive, but when combined with size measurements, weight validation and magnet tests, can greatly reduce your risks. That brings up another question. If I do receive counterfeit items from any ITM suppliers, what is the process for resolving that issue? Thanks in advance.

I'm a little disappointed as I expected better. Some of the bullion that I bought was scratched up and the pre 1933 coins despite being an MS 64 were pretty badly scratched up too. I also felt that the markup on the Pre 1933 coins was very high and I figure that I or anyone else will be lucky to break even on them with a 20% + markup on the front end and a 28% haircut on the back end when you sell them. The pre 1933 coins also came very quickly (as in days) whereas the bullion always took much longer (weeks).

I feel that for repeating customers the ship time should be quickened. Paying by E Check as I do with other vendors should also quicken the process. If the bank pays you directly, there should not be such a long wait time. Same with a paper check. Waiting for the check to clear? Repeat customers should be processed immediately. Especially since you have the credit card hold $35. If the check bounces, you simply charge the credit card. Food for thought.

I was a bit worried when my order status said pending after a few days. Turns out they had tried to contact me to confirm my order and I missed the call. (I don't check my voice mail...) While getting a new password (I didn't know my old one) the price went up $6.50. (Was $875, now - about 5 minutes later - it is $881.50.) It would be nice if you would send them to me for the $875. I couldn't see how to get from the page where I put in the quantity to where I check out so I had to click on order 1 then change my order back from 51 to the 50 I was trying to order when I had the password problem. You could improve the shopping experience greatly by having an easy way to go to the shopping cart and holding the price at least long enough for the customer to change the password, get the e-mail, and get back to the order.

As a retired military man living on VA disability it was more economical to buy one tube of Maple Leafs at the discount that now requires the purchase of two or more tubes. I realize it is really only a small difference, but I (and other retired/disabled veterans I know) cannot generally afford two tubes at a time. I try to invest in these as a education fund for my three grand-daughters. I know you have policy changes, but just letting you know it was easier for us fixed income veterans before. Thank you.
