Total scam, stay away! This company is selling coins for 35% over market value and offering a 72% buyback rate. In comparison any legitimate coin shop would sell you a coin for retail and offer a 92% buyback rate. I am aware of a customer than spent over 500k in 2021 and would only be able now to break even on that purchase after a 30% increase in gold. If they would have invested in bullion at market price they’d be up 30% or 68% with the stock market. As of Jan 2025 they are selling common date $20 gold pieces for 4,371.

WARNING WARNING WARNING: DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! MASSIVELY OVER PRICED!!!!!! BUY ELESWHERE!!!!! They tried to pull a fast one and trick me!!!! They would not give me a price after asking numerous times. Then, I sent them the money - still waiting for a quote after being ASSURED they were competitive in the market price! Then they got me on the phone and I had to ask AGAIN for the price of coins!!!! They sneaked and slipped in the "purchasing agreement" at the 11th hour and 59 minutes, which there was no time to read. Then they called in a 3rd party to record and affirm the trade. All BS!!!! Deceitful!! Turns out, ITM trading was over 30% more in price and the sell buy-back spread is 300% more than the competition!!!! Have all of those customers with "good reviews" been tricked and they don't know??????? I think so! TRUST ME _ DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!

I'm a little disappointed as I expected better. Some of the bullion that I bought was scratched up and the pre 1933 coins despite being an MS 64 were pretty badly scratched up too. I also felt that the markup on the Pre 1933 coins was very high and I figure that I or anyone else will be lucky to break even on them with a 20% + markup on the front end and a 28% haircut on the back end when you sell them. The pre 1933 coins also came very quickly (as in days) whereas the bullion always took much longer (weeks).

Numismatic gold price coins are extremely overpriced. The claim that the government will confiscate gold unless its pre 1933 is more than likely not going to happen. At the end of the day gold is gold. Unless you are a collector or would like to spend more on a gold coin, you are better off buying the same coins from one of the online bullion dealers at a much cheaper price. Also purchased Morgan Silver dollars as well as Peace dollars. They were very very poor quality also bit over priced as well. At the end of the day everyone that works here are just sales people pushing their product. I will not be buying again from ITM.

This experience is clumsy and gives you NO confidence you are not being manipulated to squeeze another dollar out of you. It seems to be all about ITM and screw the cutomer.

Bought from them in past with no issues. The latest experience has been no good. Initially double charged for the order. Got that cleared up. Then received package which was clearly opened up and potentially handled. They’re very responsive up until they get the sale. They have not responded to my question about the condition of the package for 2 weeks after multiple attempts. They’re not the cheapest and only dealer out there, so I no longer will be using ITM Trading. Better options out there.

What a bunch of punks. I have no issue with a follow-up phone call when I put in for your "investment" guide. What I will not tolerate is being treated rudely and disrespectfully when I decline a "personal consultation" prior to receiving any information from you. Plenty of reputable gold sellers out there. ITM isn't one of them.
