I ordered a substantial amount of gold and silver from ITM through Matt Taub. I must confess that I was quite nervous about sending the money order to a company that I had never dealt with before. However, after thorough vetting I decided to go for it through one of their fantastic agents, Matt Taub. I have nothing but high praise for everything associated with this transaction. Matt spent a great deal of time speaking with me on the phone and carefully listening to my needs. He gave me some suggestions which aligned with my own financial goals and then left the ball in my court - there was absolutely NO aggressive sales pitch. After I placed my order, Matt stood by me every step of the way to make sure that the order went through and was delivered safe and sound to my home in Canada. Matt went above and beyond the call of duty, always promptly responding to my texts and ensuring that I felt confident in my purchase. Negotiations went well, and the price was good. My contact, Ben Logan, was personable, knowledgeable and courteous. A couple of hitches with delivery: I did not receive any notice of the delivery window, that is, what day the shipment would be delivered. And, instead of FedEx overnight, delivery was by armed messenger, which I stated I did not want.

Nate Batiste was excellent, he was very transparent with our transaction. He educated us about metals and how the process works, he showed us how much the metals are worth, how much markup we were paying etc... He was a joy to work with. Thanks Nate!!!

Delivered as promised, FedEx tracking was mostly accurate. Packaging was discreet so it wasn't obvious what was inside. Silver weight and purity exactly as specified.
