I ordered a substantial amount of gold and silver from ITM through Matt Taub. I must confess that I was quite nervous about sending the money order to a company that I had never dealt with before. However, after thorough vetting I decided to go for it through one of their fantastic agents, Matt Taub. I have nothing but high praise for everything associated with this transaction. Matt spent a great deal of time speaking with me on the phone and carefully listening to my needs. When you pay by bank wire, it's not clear that the credit card information is not for "payment" (this is what it says on the page) but rather only to lock in the price until the bank wire is complete.

A couple of hitches with delivery: I did not receive any notice of the delivery window, that is, what day the shipment would be delivered. And, instead of FedEx overnight, delivery was by armed messenger, which I stated I did not want.

I never pick 10 the first shipment was delayed but not by ITM it was the shipping system at fed ex.

Your buyback at less 28% of over priced coins. Thats not told to you until your sale is finalized. The chart in you brochure of 10k & 53 years later its 1.2m is 9.5% per yr growth which is unheard of. After 5yrs I needed to sell & 28% of going price i would still be behind on my org purchase. I've learned an expensive lesson. Don't trade with ITM Trading

A trusted company to buy Gold and Silver. I like the education that JE provided and convinced me to buy pre1933 coins as they may hold value more than the bullion. Also their promise for buyback down the line convinced me to go with them.

Total scam, stay away! This company is selling coins for 35% over market value and offering a 72% buyback rate. In comparison any legitimate coin shop would sell you a coin for retail and offer a 92% buyback rate. I am aware of a customer than spent over 500k in 2021 and would only be able now to break even on that purchase after a 30% increase in gold. If they would have invested in bullion at market price they’d be up 30% or 68% with the stock market. As of Jan 2025 they are selling common date $20 gold pieces for 4,371.

Bought from them in past with no issues. The latest experience has been no good. Initially double charged for the order. Got that cleared up. Then received package which was clearly opened up and potentially handled. They’re very responsive up until they get the sale. They have not responded to my question about the condition of the package for 2 weeks after multiple attempts. They’re not the cheapest and only dealer out there, so I no longer will be using ITM Trading. Better options out there.

My main concern is it appears ITM contracts out the sales which can heighten the possibility of receiving counterfeit gold/silver, which in today's market is a growing concern. I looked into the Sigma Analyitics device you mentioned on a previous video, but the base model at $950 (which I purcahsed) was not reliable. It stated a 2016 American quarter was pure gold and a 2022 Gold Britannia I had with all the security check marks was counterfeit. Both of these were false readings so I can't trust it. I contacted the dealer and they said that does happen, but not in the pro model which cost me an additional $950. I think spending $1800 to verify what a dealer sends me is way too high. Other dealers I've used such as CMIGS.COM and Universal Coin and Silver both verify the authenticity of precious metal coins prior to shipping. I know it's a more expensive business model, yet their prices are on par of cheaper than ITM. Don't get me wrong, ITM does a first class job of conveying information, trends, preparedness, etc., but this is one area for potential improvement. You might also do a spot on identifying counterfeit precious metal and the different techniques and costs. For example the Ping test involves a free download app, a wooden pencil and a tap. This along is not definitive, but when combined with size measurements, weight validation and magnet tests, can greatly reduce your risks. That brings up another question. If I do receive counterfeit items from any ITM suppliers, what is the process for resolving that issue? Thanks in advance.

Great! I would like to pick the shipping method. I had a bad experience with FedEx on my last order. They did not deliver on time and I paid extra to them for a 2 hour delivery window. They have not issued a refund of the additional fee.

I've been doing this rare coin thing for a whole 3 weeks!! I realize I know "NOTHING".. I ask a lot of questions, but so far I am happy with how ITM Trading has entertained all my questions, my apprehensions, and my delays in pulling the trigger to buy. I have made two purchases so far and about to make a third. I had an M65 coin recently that I was questioning the condition of and they are replacing the coin with another, no questions asked. I've completed a couple orders with ITM now, both handled very professionally. Martin gave me superb service answering my many questions. ITM's specialty as I see it is collectible coins (e.g., Pre-1933) which are expected to appreciate more in value than straight bullion given their finite supply. ITM does offer physical bullion as well, and I appreciate their wholistic view on wealth protection. I also appreciate their overriding mission to educate their clients and the broader investment community. So glad they are providing that service.

I've never owned gold or silver and wasn't sure about the steps but Martin was patient and walked me through the entire process. It took me nearly 6 months to finally pull the trigger and buy, but I feel very comfortable with my purchase thanks to the knowledge and information Martin shared with me. As a Sales Professional, I appreciate the value added focus on rare coins however for me there are too many variables obscuring and inflating the sell price- and I feel in my 'gold infancy' I would be unable to duplicate the discussion at the time of sale therefore the possibility for selling for less than value would become reality. I love this company. I've had the pleasure of working with multiple consultants on my strategy and the knowledge they provide is second to none. I've done considerable research on other companies for the last 4 years and I can say you may find cheap stuff out there but you always get what you pay for. A big selling point for me was all their gold and silver is completely guaranteed and they also deal in "sight-seen" products which means they have the highest quality coins selected by independent experts before obtaining them.
